The communty-conflict hypothesis of the Johannine and the Thomasine Communtiy. It tells the author stands on view that there was no such conflict in the early Christianity and that the portrayal of Thomas in the FG (Fourth Gospel) is to show that Thomas was a key eyewitness for the Johannine Community. The book further tells the narrative of the characters in the FG in which Thomas played an important role and highlights the resistant narrative towards dominant socio-religious and political power. This book also gives an impending implication for the narrative of the marginalized community in India.
