All the chapters have been thoroughly revised and updated by eminent and outstanding authors across India. The text has been updated incorporating the recent advances and an evidence based treatment approach. Numerous clinical pictures have been added while a few have been replaced. The emphasis has been to present the content in form of tables, flowcharts, figures, illustrations and clinical photographs, instead of lengthy text. The chapters have been rearranged based on the etiopathogenetic and morphological similarities. Each chapter begins with a clear “learning objectives” and the text follows a structured pattern including introduction, etiopathogenesis, clinical features, differential diagnosis and management, in that order.
