This book was conceived by me while working as a Faculty at RSC/BRC during the year 1994 and today it’s in your possession due to constant demands from our officers desirous to have a copy of their own. I have been meeting the Officers of the Indian Railways and have observed due to lack of readily available information difficulties are faced hence in this Monograph I have tried to explain the procedure in dealing with the D&AR cases. I have also given extract of important Railway Board Circulars, on which I could lay hands and request you to update regularly and the CD that comes with this to be your ready reckoner
