About the Author: Badakynti Nylla Iangngap serves as an Assistant Professor, Department of English, Synod College, Shillong. She is currently pursuing her Ph. D. entitled “Representation of Self: A Select Study of Literary Texts by Khasi Writers and Transcribers” from the Department of English, North-Eastern Hill University. She completed her M.Phil. entitled “Stalemated Narratives: Reconsidering the Historical and the Literary in the Khasi Context” from Department of English, University of Delhi Mankhrawbor Dunai currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Synod College, Shillong. He was awarded his Ph.D. for his work entitled “Children's Literature and the Adult Encounter: A Critical Study of C.S. Lewis's The Chronicles of Narnia Series” from the Department of English, North-Eastern Hill University. He was also a recipient of the Rajiv Gandhi National Fellowship Award and was a Senior Research Fellow during his Ph.D. research.
