The author has made an endeavor to study crime in the context of Female Criminality, Child Sexual Abuse and Juvenile Delinuency. Crimeless society is a mth and is unconceivable. Crime in the present society has different dimensions to it. In this book three important areas pertaining to criminal behavior i.e. Female Criminality, Child Sexual Abuse and Juvenile Delinquency have been discussed from the socio-legal and judicial perspective. Female Criminality is increasing, however, research in this area is limited. In this book a correlation between the victimization of females and their consequent turning towards criminality has been explored. Child Sexual Abuse and its impact on the young victims along with relevant case study has also been undertaken in this book. The third area taken up by the author is rising Juvenile Delinquency and the legal and judicial response to it. There is no denying the fact that women and children form a major part of the population and hence extensive socio-legal research needs to be undertaken for the better functioning of the Criminal Justice System in our country.
