This book synthesizes official statistics and data collected from field work to study the use of public health services by mothers and children in the rural areas of Churachandpur district of Manipur. It highlights both demographic and non-demographic factors (such as transport, law and order, etc.) that constrain access to health services provided by the State through Primary Health Centres and Sub-centres.
