This book is a journey of the past and present of the book. Living with these brocades and unwrapping the layers of history to discover the roots of the book for 8 years was full of challenges. Dearth of literature, lack of evidences and decline in awareness about these brocades became the key factors to do this intensive research. This book is a tribute to the weavers.
